Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VibeGuard AI(the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

VibeGuard AI scans repositories and websites for security issues, explains findings, and can propose fixes as pull requests. The Service is a tool to help you identify and remediate potential vulnerabilities. It does not guarantee that your code or applications are free of all security issues.

Accounts

You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials and connected integrations secure. You must be authorized to connect any repository or website you submit for scanning.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to scan systems you do not own or have permission to test.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Paystack. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Security scanning is inherently imperfect: a scan may not detect every vulnerability, and a suggested fix may be incomplete or require review before it is safe to merge. You remain responsible for reviewing and testing any change before deploying it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeGuard AI and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from a security incident, data loss, or a vulnerability the Service did not detect.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
